The four Regional Round host teams have gone 7-0 at home as they advance to Madison Square Garden and the Championship Rounds presented by Continental Tire with perfect record.
In Iowa City, Iowa had all it could handle before pulling away with a 93-82 win over Green Bay.
Tyler Cook and Luca Garza scored 17 points apiece while Jordan Bohannon (pictured) poured in 13 points and Joe Wieskopf posted 10 points and seven rebounds in the victory.
Leading 74-70 with six minutes to play, the Hawkeyes scored 19 of the final 31 points, riding the hot shooting of Bohannon, who scored eight of his 13 points in the final 5:30.
As a team, Iowa was 27-of-53 from the field and 34-of-45 from the line. The Phoenix shot 32-of-69 from the floor but only went to the line 16 times, connecting on 11 free throws.
Sandy Cohen III led the Phoenix with 17 points, six rebounds, and eight assists. Manny Patterson also netted 17 points and Trevion Bell had 10 points.
In Storrs, it was all UConn as the Huskies took a 94-66 decision from UMKC.
Tarin Smith led the Huskies with 22 on 10-of-12 shooting from the field. Jalen Adams tallied 20 points, Alterique Gilbert had 12 points, and Christian Vital had five points, 10 rebounds, and two assists.
As a team, the Huskies converted 18 UMKC turnovers into 27 points. UConn shot 35-of-65 from the floor.
The Roos were led by Danny Dixon and his 15 points. Brandon McKissic added 10 points.
Syracuse, UConn, Iowa, and Oregon will now travel to New York to participate in the Championship Rounds presented by Continental Tire of the 2K Empire Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project. The Orange and Huskies renew their storied rivalry in the first semifinal round game on Thursday, Nov. 15 at Madison Square Garden, followed by the Ducks and Hawkeyes. The consolation and championship games will then be played on Friday, Nov. 16.
